Are you looking for effective ways to manage intense emotions and improve your relationships? Our DBT Skills Group focuses on empowering you with therapeutic techniques across four essential areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
This group is designed to help you take control of your emotions, actions, and reactions, guiding you toward a more fulfilling life. In each session, you’ll learn to embrace your true self, while also recognizing how shifting unhelpful thoughts and behaviors can positively impact your mental and emotional well-being.
Our DBT Skills Group is especially beneficial for individuals struggling with emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and eating disorders (including emotional eating, binge eating, and bulimia). It is also helpful for those facing substance use disorder.
