Therapy is a step toward restoring hope and healing. Together we can create a path that allows for living with authenticity, passion, and within our value system.

Meet Greta

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, License #63980) serving clients in Texas and Florida, with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families achieve personal growth and live authentically. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in communication, and went on to obtain my Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in Behavioral Health, from The University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a range of evidence-based modalities, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Throughout our work, I integrate self-compassion and mindfulness to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

I’m dedicated to helping my clients tap into their true selves, fostering growth, acceptance, and understanding both internally and in relationships with others.

Personal Interests
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, swimming, and exploring the diverse culinary scene in Houston. I also love getting lost in a good book, spending time with family and friends, and watching tennis and college sports.
